It is my privilege and joy to provide a safe and supportive environment for each client who walks through my door. Using a holistic approach to healing, I’ve been providing counseling services for over 6 years. I have specialized in working with survivors of complex traumas such as sexual abuse, human trafficking and domestic violence, as well as one-time incidents such as a car accident or sudden loss. I am able to provide EMDR, and Brainspotting at this time. I receive consultation for these modalities, as well as IFS-informed interventions and treatment for dissociative disorders. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a scientifically validated approach originally developed for the treatment of trauma. It can have excellent results for many people suffering from PTSD and other trauma-related difficulties, as well as anxiety, compulsions, addiction problems, and depression.
