Abraham Bilyeu

I am a Licensed Psychologist specializing in individual and couples therapy, as well as helping people manage daily life stressors. Identifying your specific needs for therapy will be important as I utilize a collaborative approach to treatment. I help people better understand how their thoughts and behavior impact their mood, and encourage my clients to incorporate personal values into the daily lives. Strengthening relationships and building support is a key component to much of my therapeutic work. In addition, I am an ally to the lgbtq+ community and infuse a multicultural approach to my therapeutic work. I am a licensed psychologist and use a strength-based and interpersonal approach that enables my clients to clarify the impact their experiences and relationships are having on their daily lives. I also utilize cognitive-behavioral, multicultural, and interpersonal strategies–whatever best meets the needs of each person I work with. I believe we all have potential for growth and ability to create meaning in our lives. At times we go through hardships that create fear, cause us to doubt ourselves, and contribute to physical and emotional isolation. I am a non-judgmental therapist and want to establish a meaningful connection with you so you feel confident engaging in self-betterment.
