It can be difficult to figure out how to get through high stress or heavy lows, and still feel we are able to move forward. I can be an objective perspective that can help you build skills and tools to better cope with the pressure and tension in your life. Over the last 13 years, I have worked with different populations in the community building insight and knowledge to better support people with their emotional needs. In the last 7 years, I have been with St. Luke’s Hospital as a medical social worker; I’ve assisted with medical crisis, grief & loss, anxiety/depression, & coping with chronic illness symptoms. I value that everyone has their own story and I have had the privilege to walk with many individuals in their journey called life! I am located in a business park on Franklin and Orchard in Boise.
