Therapist Overview

We bring the entirety of ourselves into the world everyday not just minute parts. This can include our past: traumas, conditioning, modeling, grief, anxiety, and maladaptive coping mechanisms that can show up in our personal, professional and romantic lives. Sometimes we can feel arrested by cycles, patterns or reactions to past traumas that continue to surface with no change and wonder, “Why does this continue to happen to me?” If this sounds familiar and you would like to begin to shift parts of your narrative to impact your whole person, I am here to partner with you. I have been honored to have worked with diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds and personally understand disenfranchisement. My role is to hold a safe place and serve as a guide to assist you to be the most authentic and resilient person you can be. It’s time take control of your narrative and begin to realize the person you envision to be.
