At times in our lives, we can get to a point where everything just feels like it’s too much. Work and school are stressing you out. The pressure to do well and be present keeps you up at night. Feeling that you have no one to talk to because no one will understand. Not happy with your career/job but don’t know how to move on. Struggling to find where you fit in socially and feeling like you just never will. You look in the mirror and are not happy with what you see. Whether it’s school, work, relationships or life, you’re unhappy and just can’t see things getting better. I work with teens and young adults ages 16-30. For 6+ years, i’ve helped this group learn to manage life stressors. I use the cognitive behavioral therapy approach that is most easily tailored to each client. I help my clients learn to become the best version of themselves. Happiness is a journey that begins from within and every person deserves to be happy.
