Erik P. Goldschmidt

I practice psychotherapy and psychological testing with adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked with individuals who struggle with depression, traumatic experiences (e.g, abuse, sexual assault), anxiety, sexual identity, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and schizophrenia. Drawing from a variety of psychotherapy approaches, I first help to alleviate your pain and suffering and then I will support you to address your life challenges, set courageous goals, and live with a sense of meaning and purpose. I studied counseling psychology at Boston College and was trained Harvard Medical School at the Cambridge Health Alliance. Psychological health is not only living without distress, but living with a sense of thriving and wholeness of self.
