My philosophy has always been “If I’m not working myself out of a job, I’m not doing my job.” To facilitate this transformation process, I provide Coaching & Counseling services using CBT, a Solution-Focus & Yoga Psychology practices, depending on the client’s preferences & needs. I specialize in Yoga Therapy Groups/workshops that guide members to curate their own unique practice. I work with motivated individuals, groups, & organizations.
