** Currently full.** Psychotherapy has been at the heart of my life. I know both personally and professionally that it can make all the difference – if we are willing to open to and lean into the work. It gives us the chance to bring our self and our experience into compassionate awareness within the safety of a supportive relationship. It allows us to identify what’s working well for us and what’s causing suffering. And it allows us to experiment with new behaviors which might serve us better. It makes it possible to take steps towards living with greater clarity, authenticity and vitality. I have over 20 years of experience working with persons facing a wide variety of life’s challenges. I tailor my approach to each client, drawing on extensive training in mindfulness-based, compassion-focused treatments and incorporating them into a psychodynamic framework. I have particular expertise in working with depression, anxiety & health challenges.
