Therapist Overview

I see clients with a large range of presenting issue and identities. The connecting factor for many of my clients is their courage to want to create meaningful change in their lives. Many clients come feeling stuck or as if they have tried everything. Through our collaboration, you can begin exploring and have a deeper understanding of your circumstances. Most importantly, I strive to create a safe space where my clients can feel comfortable sharing personal matters and can be their most authentic selves. I have experience working with trauma, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, families, and LGBTQ+. I value the exploration of intersecting and, often, conflicting identities. Since I provide therapy in Spanish, I specialize with individuals who are bilingual and/or bicultural. In life, we often face moments that cause pain and suffering. Working from an attachment and systemic lens, I recognize the value of exploring your relationships while considering the larger systems that may impact the pain and suffering. I hope to provide you a safe space to learn new strategies to combat adversity and explore new possibilities.
