Luckily, many insurance providers are allowing Telehealth/Tele-counseling to be covered during this time. I currently take Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and can assist with out-of-network insurances. You can learn these skills from the comfort of your home via tele-counseling or in our office. So how can I help? Many folks for many years have been using mindfulness/movement techniques to improve their mental, physical, and spiritual health. More recently, multiple studies have shown how helpful these techniques are for anxiety and depression. I can give you a safe space to learn/process these techniques to work toward a balanced and healthy mind, body, and spirit.
