It’s painful for you to listen to them talk about how anxious, misunderstood, or alone they feel. You may be facing stressful relationship dynamics, a health issue, a loss of some kind. You get through your days, trying to cross everything off the list, but aren’t finding much fulfillment or joy. You’re feeling unsettled, anxious or depressed. Welcome. My office is a safe space for you to tell your story and be truly heard and seen.
