We can work together to declutter that bag of stress and repurpose the contents in a way that will allow for healing, growth, and room to reconnect to yourself and others. I have personal and professional experience working with identity issues that arise for multi-ethnic/multi-cultural individuals, families, and single parents. I find it rewarding collaborating with others to help them build self-acceptance, re-author painful experiences, and use it as their strengths. As an Art Therapist, I have the benefit of incorporating the use of various materials to add another dimension of communication and exploration to the work we do together.
