Therapist Overview
Let’s work together as a team. The therapeutic process can be both interactive and collaborative. There is no question that asking for help can be difficult, but my aim is to create a non-judgmental environment to promote mental wellness and healthy behaviors. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and also work in the Adolescent Substance use and Addiction Program (ASAP) at Boston Children’s Hospital. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults who experience co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Through my down-to-earth approach, I draw on Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. As a former Division 1 athlete, I enjoy helping clients shift their focus and mindset to accomplish change and improve performance in all areas of life. (photo by: Raya on Assignment).
