I will help you gain insight into the ways anxiety is misleading you and teach you methods to gain the upper hand. There are so many different helpful tools, such as learning how to step out of negative thinking spirals and practicing ways to gently confront your fears. I know how miserable it can be to suffer from anxiety. In my early twenties, I experienced severe panic attacks and worry. Through my own therapy, I learned how to respond differently to my anxiety and take control back over my life. I haven’t had a panic attack in years. I want to help you break the bonds of anxiety so you can get back to living too.
