My role in this therapeutic process is to take a non-judgmental stance to motivate change through helping you identify, navigate, and cope effectively with unproductive and unhealthy thoughts and behaviors. I use a multidisciplinary approach including behavioral, cognitive, client centered and holistic psychotherapy to form individualized treatment plans thereby creating an atmosphere of trust, support and acceptance.
