I view all of my clients as individuals, I don’t use any cookie cutter method. While others may go through similar events, your experience is unique. I want to forget what worked for your mom, brother, sister, friend, and neighbor. I want to find what works for you. I am proud to offer individual, couples, and group therapy. I use a client-centered approach which means that my focus is tailoring our time together to help you feel better.
