With over 19 years of counseling experience, I hope to be able to offer you support, skills, and guidance. In the past, I have had the wonderful opportunity to work at two of the large mental health centers in southern NH and currently work in my own private practice in Bedford, NH where I have been for the last 9 years. I have much experience in helping those struggling with depression, anxiety, stress management, life changes, grief/bereavement, and relationships challenges.
