I work with children and their caregivers who are experiencing challenging behaviors, transitions, family conflict, adjustment issues, attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, self esteem, both individually and in family therapy. My therapist consists of a two part process with parent consultations along with individual therapy and I encourage parents to be a part of the therapeutic process. I can provide school consultations. I also provide services to adult individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and self esteem. I provide therapy from a non judgemental, safe, meet the client where they are approach. I believe therapy is a process. I provide resources outside of my services as well to assist the individual and family as much as possible.
