I offer an environment to do just that; to explore with gentleness and compassion, the aspects of ourselves that need our kindness the most. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my goal is to support you in tapping into your own rich resources that bring clarity, strength, healing, and joy within. My approach to psychotherapy is informed by an evidence-based practice known as IFS, or Internal Family Systems Therapy. I completed my Level 1 training with the IFS Institute in 2019. I continue to integrate knowledge from other models such as Poly-vagal Theory, and other trauma-informed practices to establish safety, grounding, and inspire curiosity.
