I draw from a variety of modalities including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Process Oriented Grief Work, and Mind/Body interventions that target patterns of over arousal and activation.
