My ideal client is a person that needs to share his/her emotional pain and work with an individual treatment plan. I encourage trust and rapport during the first contact and throughout treatment. A safe environment with unconditional regard is provided. I have many years of experience working with adults, couples and families. Reality therapy with faith based behavioral and cognitive techniques are utilized. I facilitate needed changes for the client to overcome emotional and behavioral struggles. I am best suited to treat anxiety, PTSD, depression, anger management and grief issues. Depression and anxiety are often related to traumatic events and are treated accordingly. PTSD is processed to help the client acclimate to the trauma. I have worked with veterans with PTSD. Anger Management issues are treated in an individual or group setting. I can assess and treat immediate needs. My office is calm and peaceful in the “Fike Chiropractic/ Family Wellness” building. The staff is friendly and confidential.
