In addition to in-person therapy, telehealth services (video calls, voice calls, and instant messaging) are available to all new and existing clients. ***If you are practicing social distancing, but feel a need to talk to someone, we encourage you to give telehealth services a try. Clients have been pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they feel talking to their therapist via teletherapy.
