I’m very interested in helping people develop greater trust in themselves and, ultimately, greater hunger for life. I work with most feeling-based concerns including depression, anxiety, and trauma. Some of my further interests include loneliness, creative expression, job dissatisfaction, men’s issues, and sexuality. I work primarily with adults but also work with children on a limited basis. Empathy and honesty are the cornerstones of my approach. Further, I believe that satisfying relationships are at the heart of a satisfying existence. I therefore focus primarily on the exploration of your feelings within relationships, including the relationship that emerges between you and me. I also focus on your personal history and its current impact. I believe that a good client-therapist fit is of utmost importance for effective therapy.
