Hello, I’m Tina Chen, PMHNP-BC, MSN, and I’m passionate about helping individuals achieve better mental health. With over five years of experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I specialize in treating adults and seniors who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma. My approach is rooted in compassion and collaboration, and I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and valued.

I hold a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Nurse Practice and a Master of Science in Nursing. I’m fluent in both English and Mandarin, which allows me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and provide culturally sensitive care. My treatment methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, and medication management. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working at Happier Living, Mindful Health Solutions, and Aurora Charter Oak, where I gained extensive experience in psychiatric care. I’m also licensed to practice in multiple states, including California, Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, Florida, and Texas. Staying active in organizations like the American Psychiatric Nurses Association helps me stay informed on the best practices in mental health care.
