Having worked in community mental health for 30+ years, my focuses include recovery from trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and ongoing addiction recovery. I use a combination of traditional talk therapy, evidence based practices, psychoeducation, and a variety of creative alternative healing stategies as you find your recovery program.
