As a therapist, my goal is to help you navigate through obstacles that may be making it difficult for you to be your best self. My experience includes working with adolescents and adults as they are maneuvering through difficult transitional stages. As a military veteran I am especially compassionate and familiar with the unique lifestyle that comes with serving our country. I am currently accepting new clients from all backgrounds. I believe that in counseling there is not a one size fits all model for each person. My therapeutic approach may include person-centered, solution focused and cognitive behavioral therapy. My goal is to support you in your journey to reach your individualistic objectives.
