Things happen to us everyday which impact and change who we are and how we live in this world. Twenty plus years of working in this field with individual’s of diverse ages, cultures and back grounds have proven this to be true. I believe my role as a therapist is to support others in identifying “their” purpose. The passion for guiding others in identifying positive choices and making healthy changes is “my” purpose. Over the last 20+ years I have worked with adolescent youth, adults, couples, groups and court ordered/court mandated clients. Many of whom have experienced significant traumas. Through the use of Adlerian/Family Systems therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and other forms of therapy, success can be attainable.
