I really love to work with people who find themselves at a place where something has to give….where staying the same is no longer an attractive option. It may feel like your relationship is stuck in a bad place, or that your family is spun out of control, or that you simply are not the best version of yourself. I work best with those who are ready to take a long honest look at the things that are hard to see….. those who are willing to be brave and learn how to create something different in their lives. Doing different is not always easy. Things can get in the way sometimes. Things like fear, depression, emotional pain, trauma, panic, betrayal, loss, confusion, and hopelessness…..just to name a few. These are things that hurt and when we are hurting, it’s very hard to see things clearly.
