Therapist Overview

Hope you are all staying healthy during COVID-19 outbreak. I now offer sessions virtually (phone/face time or Doxy.me). I have over 21 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), self-esteem and relationship issues. I also welcome those who are looking to improve their overall well-being. My approach is based on both client-centered and psychodynamic theory. Depending upon your needs, I use either a short or long-term in-depth approach. I look forward to talking with you, especially now if you are feeling overwhelmed. I’m here to support. I work with clients towards their own self-actualization (based on Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs) by enhancing self-awareness and developing healthy coping mechanisms. This is the key to establishing a positive sense of self, developing important behavioral changes, and creating more fulfilling relationships. Please feel free to contact me if you are feeling burde
