I’m passionate in supporting individuals navigate anxiety, stress, perinatal mood and anxiety symptoms, developmental trauma, relationships, relationship with body, women’s issues. A free 30-minute consultation is available to meet in person, discuss any questions, and see if we are a good fit for one another. My therapeutic approach is integrative, holistic, and incorporates trauma focused care, body-based interventions, relational attention, transpersonal concepts, neurobiological understanding, attachment based, and yoga therapy.
