Sidney Coren

I am a Columbia University trained clinical psychologist who specializes in individual and couples therapy in Manhattan. I believe that every client is unique and their treatment should be, too. I work to tailor therapy to each of my clients. My approach is active, thoughtful, collaborative, and compassionate. I strive to help clients learn more about themselves, their relationships, and their pasts, while also offering practical interventions to help manage every day challenges. I have extensive experience helping clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, big life transitions, relationship concerns, and health problems. I also have multiple areas of specialization including work with young adults, college and graduate students, parents, mental health practitioners, and individuals seeking peek performance in their work. I completed my training at Columbia University Medical Center, where I now hold a faculty position and am involved in direct clinical care and training. Please
