In therapy, you can regain control of your thoughts, your feelings and your life and start feeling like yourself again. From the beginning, we will work as a team to explore what is causing your anxiety, OCD, and/or depression and empower you to take back your life. I use mindfulness, ERP, ACT and CBT techniques to help you develop insight about yourself, become reflective about your thoughts, feelings and actions, and provide you with the tools needed to cope successfully. I work with clients to fit therapy into their busy lives by offering in-person or online sessions. It is courageous to reach out to a professional for help and no issue is too small or large.
