Therapist Overview

I specialize in working with adolescent teens, adult men, and their families. My work is particularly effective in dealing with social anxiety, ADHD, and important life transitions such as leaving for college, or figuring out the next step. My work is humanistic and client centered. I appreciate helping clients clarify their ‘vision’ as well as find meaning through challenging circumstances. I am also able to effectively facilitate conversations between parents as well as their children, online or in person.
