Welcome! I am an integrative therapist with a dual focus on alleviating current, distressing symptoms and working toward life-long changes to improve the overall quality of your life. Although I was originally trained as a generalist, I have specialized training and expertise in the treatment of eating disorders, trauma/abuse and relationship concerns.
