Therapist Overview
Choosing to begin therapy is making a commitment to yourself and taking a step towards a better life. Some people come to therapy looking to change specific behaviors, alleviate symptoms of anxiety or depression, or learn new coping skills. Others want to understand themselves and their relationships better. Still others are longing for greater meaning and fulfillment. I am passionate about helping people make changes in their lives and am honored to serve as guide, coach, companion, and witness to my clients’ journeys. I take an active, collaborative, compassionate and relational approach to evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and personality disorders.
