Hello! Often, life can seem tough, leaving us stuck in worries related to the past or anxious about the future. A huge part of healing is first acknowledging there is a wound, psychological or emotional, that needs attention. Sometimes all you need is a supportive other who can help Identify and process the challenges at play, who can listen and not judge. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Addictions Specialist, I use a Mindfulness based approach to explore issues related to stress and trauma, loss and grief, sexual/gender identity (sex-positivity perspective) and relationships. I also use EMDR and Hypnotherapy when appropriate to the situation.
