Therapist Overview

Hi there, I’m so glad you are here. I greet you with warmth, gentleness, and hope. I am here to provide a space and encouragement for you to safely access difficult feelings and thoughts. I provide the tools for you to feel calm, connected, and confident in whatever you notice is in front of you– whether that be everyday stresses and anxiety, past trauma, discouragement, or fear. We oftentimes cannot choose our circumstances, but I believe we can engage our circumstances wholly and non-reactively –and come out grounded and balanced. I welcome integrating faith into our sessions, if that is something you are interested in. My approach to therapy is relational and holistic in nature. I have a clinical interest in working with teen girls and young adult/adult women, specifically related to anxiety, trauma, and issues stemming from perfectionism and hard family dynamics. I seek to use my experience, training and education to help bring peace, restoration, and healing to you. Our work together is tailored to support your individual strengths and goals. I hope to help you engage life in a healthy, integrated, and meaningful way. The therapist/client connection is so important! Please reach out if you have any questions about my therapy style, sliding scale fees, etc– or if you’d like to set up a free consultation or appointment.
