I graduated with an MS from PBA and utilize Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, humanistic perspective, mindfulness, self-care advocacy and often find the focus of therapy moves toward attachment.
