Therapist Overview
I am a licensed psychologist with more than forty years of professional experience. I provide counseling services for individuals, couples, and families who are addressing a broad range of issues. I also provide psychological, neuropsychological, and educational evaluation services for children and adolescents. I offer a client-centered perspective: It is the client who defines the goals of the work in psychotherapy. The client also shares the responsibility of working with me in determining how those goals are to be met. My work is eclectic in that I draw upon the contributions of different approaches. I do not limit myself to any one theoretical perspective. Psychotherapy is a very personal experience – one in which the client must be comfortable with the therapist. You are welcome to contact me for the purpose of discussing the work which you would like to do – and to ask more questions about the ways in which I can help.
