Therapist Overview

I work with adults who want to better understand themselves and the challenges in their lives. Psychotherapy is a process and a relationship. It can help people access and cope with their feelings, make connections between past experiences and current difficulties, and find opportunities for healing, change, and growth. I help my clients foster healthy relationships, heal from past trauma, adjust to life transitions, and learn ways to cope with difficulties such as illness, grief, depression, and anxiety. I understand how experiences of marginalization, societal oppression and intergenerational trauma can influence suffering, and integrate this into my practice. Starting therapy can be daunting. I am happy to speak with you to answer any questions you might have. If you think we might be a good fit, please reach out! I look forward to meeting you.
