Therapist Overview

I currently hold my license for professional counseling. I am comfortable working with adults who have the following concerns: depression, grief, anxiety, boundaries, singleness, perfectionism and people pleasing behavior, self care, sexual concerns, and spiritual direction. I have experience with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, and have a graduate specialization in Christian sex therapy. With a background of campus ministry, I especially enjoy working with college students and young professionals. I also see individuals who have been hurt by the church or a spiritual authority. As a mother myself, I work with moms who are struggling with the balance of parenting and self care. I have worked with clients with the following ethnicities: African American, Latino, Asian, and Caucasian.
