Therapist Overview

We are not meant to live life in isolation. We innately crave deep meaningful relationships. I believe in helping people build healthy, deep lasting relationships and friendships. However, sometimes life happens. Attachment wounds surface. Trauma occurs. Life Transitions are inevitable. Depression and anxiety take over. These things keep us from enjoying the people and things we love. I take a holistic, evidenced based approach looking at past and present issues, as well as your emotional, physical, spiritual and mental state. I enjoy helping individuals overcome deep shame, insecurities and fears that they are not good enough. I specialize in anxiety, depression, past sexual abuse, low self confidence, trauma, life transitions and grief and loss. I use a combination of Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR. I practice from a Christian perspective. However, this is up to you if you would like to incorporate a Christian faith into your therapy
