Therapist Overview

I have experience working with people who identify a wide range of limitations from personality, mood, anxiety (i.e., Obsessive-Compulsive disorder (OCD), Hair pulling, Social anxiety, Panic disorder), and those working through a traumatic experience(s). I see clients across the lifespan and value building a strong therapeutic relationship to support the therapy journey. Much of my training has focused on providing Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure based therapies across the lifespan. I am trained in Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, and I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) techniques into my treatment approaches to support and empower my clients. I enjoy working with clients to discover short and long term goals while overcoming adversity. I am passionate about supporting individuals in meeting their goals while overcoming barriers that may have been preventing them from living the life they imagine for themselves.
