I have been practicing psychotherapy for thirty years. I specialize in treating and supporting those individuals who experience PTSD, depression and anxiety. My interest in understanding and treating trauma comes from my pursuit to heal myself. I participated in psychotherapy (talk therapy) for over 20 years before I discovered the transformative power of Bioenergetics. I have made more progress using Bioenergetics in the past five years than I have in the past 20 years of traditional talk therapy.
