My greatest joy in my work is being present to other people’s stories. I support my clients by providing a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space to help them tap into their own wisdom. My training and background is in clinical social work, health coaching, writing, and teaching Yoga and meditation. Clients come to me to resolve substance use and mental health disorders, deal with trauma, and work through health challenges and compassion fatigue. I have a passion for integrative and alternative therapies, but understand the value and need for modern medicine.
