Nicole Camacho

I render counseling services that range from group therapy sessions to couples’ sessions. You can also see me for family therapy sessions, individual sessions, intakes, and/or psychoeducation courses for a variety of mental health issues. Just to name a few! I view therapy as a way for individuals to resolve any conflicts he or she has had in his or her life, at any age. Talking about one’s past, present and future can have a tremendous impact on their outlook on life, and his or her overall mental wellbeing. I particularly enjoy cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, structural family therapy, psychoeducation, among many other types of therapies. I am also a PATCH-trained therapist.
