I provide individual & group therapy to children, adolescents & adults, & have extensive experience working with issues related to parenting, school, maternal mental health, age transitions, the 2nd half of life, depression & anxiety. According to Carl Jung, individuation is the process of self realization through the discovery of finding meaning & purpose in one’s life. I provide a safe space for exploration & honoring of all aspects of the self- the good, the challenging, that which may be difficult to look at & everything else in-between. I use such methods as verbal & non-verbal techniques, art therapy &/or dreams as an entry way to viewing the unconscious & symbolic content & how such presents itself in conscious life.
