Perhaps you have found your way to this website because you are looking for support through a difficult time. Maybe you’re here because you are in need of healing from past hurt, or just need someone to talk to in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Whether you have experienced spiritual abuse, trauma from infidelity, or any other disturbing experience I am committed to providing a safe space for support, healing, human flourishing, and creating a new life story. I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment injuries, and hoarding and acquiring behaviors. I use an integrative approach that is relational, collaborative, and creates a safe space to talk about the difficult life stuff we would like to change. When appropriate I am able to use EMDR therapy. I also have specialized training in spirituality and faith integration, and love to bring beliefs, faith, spirituality, and the big existential questions about meaning and purpose into the therapy room.
