I provide counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I complete a thorough assessment on each of my clients. In the initial assessment we will establish treatment goals, and will develop a treatment plan to achieve these goals. I also work with psychiatric medical providers at our facility who can prescribe medications if needed for major depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD etc. I have learned over the years that my biggest attribute as a therapist is that I really do care about my clients. It isn’t easy to tell someone your life story … and I don’t take that for granted. I currently see individuals of all ages, age 9 and above. I have significant experience in treating mood and anxiety problems. In the past 10 years I have developed a specialty in couples counseling. I use a technique called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people build coping skills to battle any life problem they are experiencing. I am currently practicing at Affiliated
