Therapist Overview
Accepting new clients via telehealth (phone or video calls) during this Covid-19 crisis. Offering flexible hours 7 days a week. I offer psychotherapy to adults and adolescents experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship and marital problems, low self-esteem, and obsessive-compulsive behaviors, among others. Beginning therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming or uncomfortable, but I strive to provide a warm, caring, and down to earth atmosphere. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach to assist clients in setting goals, solving problems and creating positive change in their lives. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients to recognize and change unhelpful ways of thinking, which are often the root cause of our struggles. I believe that the work done outside of the office is equally as important as the work done during therapy sessions, so I offer concrete tools and strategies to be used in between sessions. Reaching out for help can feel intimidating at first, but through working together and building a trusting relationship, I can help you make positive changes in your life. I am accepting new clients; I currently have flexible availability, offering Teletherapy 7 days a week.
